For TN Post-Masters Therapists
LPC-MHSP Clinical Supervision
For post-Masters therapists seeking LPC licensure with MHSP status who would like to learn a trauma healing & resolution approach centered in:
Collective liberation + a systemic lens
Methods based in the body (somatic), polyvagal theory & the nervous system, attachment science, and a reconnection with nature
A diagnostic system that does not pathologize or uphold an oppressive, white supremacist system, but rather supports the client in a liberation-centered way
Invitations for the client to bring their cultural, spiritual, and magical resources into the therapeutic container
CLINICAL SPECIALTIES
Healing from Domestic Violence
Currently surviving abuse must be treated much differently than outside of abuse. Let’s talk about why.
Family Relationships & Boundaries
From setting (and keeping) new boundaries, to forging new family relationships & being a cycle-breaker
Healing Complex Trauma
It’s all in the nervous system. We need gentle methods that work with the body instead of against it.
Spirituality, Religion, & Witchiness
From spiritual abuse, to finding your autonomous place within your religion, to, “am I a Witch?”
Developing New Relationship Patterns
New relationship patterns = “showing” the nervous system that it’s safe to have something it never had.
Ready for Root Cause Healing
Let’s talk about how to approach the actual root cause of old relationship patterns somatically & systemically.
APPROACH
From 1:1 sessions to retreats, book clubs, witch parades & beyond, here are the pillars of my approach to healing the deepest root cause of oppressive-based relationship patterns…for GOOD.
-
Within any of our containers that specifically include a therapeutic component (1:1 psychotherapy, coaching, or therapeutic programs), I use approaches that:
are based in the root cause (body, nervous system, systemic issues) rather than symptoms only
are non-pathologizing
address our innate connection with nature,
are rooted in collective liberation & anti-oppression
Examples of modalities include:
Somatic Experiencing®
Parts Work
Attachment & attunement based methods
Nature-based methods
Working with Archetypes to help us access exiled parts of ourselves
Invitations to bring in our cultural spiritual and magical practices
-
A traditional, Western psychotherapy model has roots in capitalist white supremacy, which can be felt in a very pathologizing model of “healing.” It’s very “good/bad,” “right/wrong,” with “right” being a model of health centered in whiteness and privilege.
A model of healing centered in collective liberation looks not only at internal factors (the nervous system, emotions, inner parts, etc.), but it greatly factors in the systems we are a part of (political, cultural, oppressive, etc.).
Plainly, if we are only looking at internal factors that may have led to “anxiety” without also looking at the traumatizing impact of an oppressive political system, especially for marginalized folx, that’s a problem.
To stay aligned with a liberation-centered model of healing, I do my absolute best to keep checking in with my own biases rooted in privilege. I do this mostly through trainings, supervision, and regular peer consultations.

Finding my unique, sovereign connection with spirituality — after healing from religious and spiritual trauma — has been a major factor in my healing.
Please know that spirituality does NOT have to come into play with any healing practice we do. And also know that you are 100% welcome to bring any type of religious, spiritual, ancestral, or cultural practice that’s important to you, or that you’d like to explore.
Trauma not only disrupts our connection with ourselves and with each other, but also from a sense of spirit, connection with nature, with oneness, or however you like to think of it. Rebuilding this connection in a way that’s authentic to you can bring lots of healing and life force energy to a trauma healing path.
I myself don’t identify with a particular religion, though I do draw from my Celtic roots with Celtic Paganism and Druidry (very nature-based… I talk to the grass, to the animals, and to my Guides, particularly The Morrigan 🐦⬛🗡️)

We are mammals, which means we are social; we are not meant to heal on an island.
Some of the most healing mechanisms on Earth are simply circling together, rhythming together, and seeing + being seen. That’s it.
Trauma has a way of propelling us toward isolation, which makes everything worse. By growing our capacity to connect, be in togetherness, and find our own unique boundaries that promote intimacy, we tap into the most innate healing available.
Since trauma is relational, and our core mission is helping you heal relationship patterns, all of our programs have elements of connection with others, with self, with nature, and with the All.
“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.”
